The role is site-based in Central Bedfordshire. This is a permanent, full-time position.

What you will be doing
- Carry out production, repair and modification activities on complex manufactured products
- Work accurately to defined build standards and technical specifications
- Complete manufacturing inspections and associated production records
- Use manufacturing tools, equipment and measuring instruments confidently
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, product quality and process compliance
- Support product certification while maintaining a safe and well-organised working environment
- Practical mechanical or electrical manufacturing capability
- Experience working within structured manufacturing processes
- Confidence using relevant tools and measuring equipment
- Good planning and organisational skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing manufacturing requirements
- Strong team-working skills with a focus on quality and the end customer
- Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing Apprenticeship
- Level 3 academic qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing
- Level 3 vocational qualification such as an NVQ in a relevant discipline
- Able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
A base salary in excess of £40,000 is on offer. This comes with several benefits, including:
