What You Will Be Doing
Basic salary up to £55,000 per annum, with the addition of annual bonus, enhanced pension contribution, paid overtime options and additional flexible leave days.

Where You Will Work

What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting the planning, preparation and delivery of ground trials for complex engineering systems throughout development and validation phases
- Developing and implementing test activities that demonstrate system performance, safety and suitability for operational use
- Analysing technical data, interpreting trial results and producing clear reports to support engineering and programme decisions
- Working closely with specialists across systems engineering, safety, integration and validation disciplines to ensure successful test outcomes
- Contributing to long-term proving and verification strategies, helping to identify risks, define test objectives and improve trial effectiveness
- Assisting with the management of test programmes, coordinating activities, equipment, facilities and stakeholder inputs to ensure efficient delivery
- Supporting investigations, problem resolution and root cause analysis activities when issues arise during testing
- Building expertise across a range of specialist test environments including environmental testing, electromagnetic compatibility, mechanical trials and system validation activities
- Previous experience within engineering test, trials, validation, integration, verification or system proving environments
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technical information and make evidence-based recommendations
- Experience of planning, conducting or supporting structured engineering test activities
- Confident communicator capable of presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to identify problems, propose improvements and support continuous development of engineering processes
- Understanding of safety, risk management, assurance or compliance processes within a regulated engineering environment would be advantageous
- Practical engineering knowledge in mechanical, electrical, electronic or software-based systems would be beneficial
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across engineering, project and operational functions
- Exposure to defence, aerospace, nuclear or other highly regulated technical sectors would be advantageous
- Eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
• Experience within engineering, trials, test or validation environments
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Defence, regulated industry or complex engineering environment experience
