Maritime UAS C2 Integration Analyst

Essential requirements
Remote within the UK with occasional travel to Leatherhead as required.
Due to the nature of work at our client's site, these vacancies are only open to British Citizens who hold SC clearance or can obtain it.

Essential requirements
- British Citizen holding current SC Security Clearance
- Proven experience of Royal Navy ship air integration studies
- Strong knowledge of maritime UAS operations and integration
- Experience of Royal Navy or Joint Force command and control architectures
- Previous consultancy or customer facing defence experience
- Firm price engagement, Outside IR35
- Analyse the integration of maritime unmanned air systems within naval command and control environments
- Assess ship and task group command and control integration across peacetime and operational scenarios
- Evaluate integration challenges within electronically degraded and contested environments
- Support systems analysis for current and future maritime capability concepts
- Produce technical analysis and recommendations for defence stakeholders
- Experience delivering maritime aviation or ship air integration studies
- Strong understanding of fixed wing and rotary wing aviation operations
- Knowledge of maritime command and control systems and information exchange requirements
- Experience undertaking systems analysis or operational impact assessments
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings to senior stakeholders
- Degree qualified with Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional experience
