Lead bids that support highly classified and nationally critical programmes. This is an opportunity to influence strategic opportunities while working with senior technical and commercial stakeholders across secure government communications.

Essential requirements

• British nationality and current holder of the highest level of UK security clearance
• Successful track record in bid management and winning complex opportunities
• Experience with structured bid methodologies such as Shipley
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness

What is in it for you

Your role

• Manage bids from capture through to contract award and delivery handover
• Develop winning strategies, bid plans and submission programmes
• Coordinate technical, commercial and pricing inputs
• Lead workshops, reviews and governance activities

Support continuous improvement across bid processes and tools

Your experience

• Bid management experience within secure government, defence or similarly regulated environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Experience using CRM and Microsoft 365 tools
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and deadline management
