Product Manager – Communications
Take ownership of end-to-end product development in satellite communications, shaping how complex technical capability is translated into real world value. This is a clear step into broader influence across engineering, sales and delivery on global programmes.
What you will need
• Proven experience in technical product management within communications or technology
• Strong understanding of IP networking
• Experience working with hardware suppliers and evaluating product performance
• Ability to operate in a customer-facing or stakeholder driven environment

What you will be doing
• Lead product lifecycle activity from concept through to launch within military satellite communications
• Translate technical features into clear and compelling customer messaging
• Work closely with engineering teams to shape product capability and roadmap direction
• Support global sales teams with technical insight and customer-focused materials
• Coordinate across functions to ensure consistent product delivery and positioning
Your experience
• Background in technical product management or a closely related role
• Knowledge of IP networking and communications systems
• Experience managing suppliers or third-party hardware partners
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Project management capability with strong organisation and prioritisation
• Degree in engineering, computer science, telecommunications or similar, or equivalent experience
Where will you work
Surrey, onsite with occasional travel.
