Summary

Where you will work
Hybrid working in Weymouth, with some travel. This is a permanent role.
What you will be doing
• Leading commercial and contractual activity across multiple construction projects
• Managing NEC processes including early warnings, compensation events and final accounts
• Monitoring cost performance, forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Supporting procurement, tendering and contract negotiations
• Driving risk management and ensuring compliant project delivery
What you will need
• Eligibility to obtain security clearance
• Strong NEC3 or NEC4 contract management experience
• Proven commercial management across full project lifecycle
• Experience in construction or critical infrastructure environments
• Ability to engage clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Skills and background
• Degree in a relevant field such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Strong financial and commercial insight with reporting capability
• Confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with commercial systems and cost control tools
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Leadership experience with a focus on developing others
Salary and rewards
