System Performance Lead
Take ownership of system level performance analysis for advanced defence technologies, shaping modelling strategies and evaluating novel concepts against demanding requirements. This role gives you direct influence over how complex systems are assessed and developed from concept through to delivery.
What you will need
• British Citizen with eligibility for DV clearance
• Strong systems engineering background across full lifecycle
• Knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink
• Experience with performance analysis and trade studies
• Ability to work in multi disciplinary engineering teams
Salary and rewards
• Up to £55,000

Your role
• Lead system level performance evaluations of advanced concepts
• Define modelling strategies to support system assessment
• Develop and own models and algorithms in MATLAB and Simulink
• Conduct scenario based analysis against system requirements
• Deliver structured performance statements to stakeholders
• Coordinate inputs from multiple engineering functions
Skills and background
• Systems engineering across full lifecycle phases
• MATLAB and Simulink modelling experience
• Data analysis and technical reporting capability
• Experience with trade studies and design evaluation
• Strong problem solving within collaborative environments
• Ability to communicate complex technical outputs clearly
