FMEA Engineer
Shape and improve system reliability and maintainability while influencing design improvements across complex equipment. Take ownership of FMEA activities and apply your engineering expertise to practical solutions.
What you will need
• British citizen or dual national with British citizenship
• Security clearance SC clearable
• Experience in systems engineering or FMEA analysis
• Exposure to multidisciplinary technical teams
Salary and rewards
Up to £57,000 with a performance-based company bonus
What you will be doing
• Conduct and maintain Failure Modes and Effects Analysis for complex systems
• Propose design improvements to enhance robustness and testability
• Support development of fault diagnostics and maintenance procedures
• Analyse operational and in-service feedback to inform engineering decisions
Skills and experience
• Systems engineering within Defence
• Reliability and maintainability assessment
• Hardware and software subsystem understanding
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Bristol, hybrid working with three days onsite
