RF Systems Engineer
Take ownership of RF communication systems design and delivery, shaping high-performance capabilities and influencing technical outcomes from concept to production. Work on projects that enhance your systems engineering expertise while expanding RF knowledge.
What you will need
• British citizen, SC clearable
• Experience in RF or microwave systems and systems design
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in technical teams and manage stakeholders
Salary and rewards
Up to £55,000, plus company bonus based on performance
What you will be doing
• Designing and implementing RF systems across the product lifecycle
• Leading technical aspects of hardware and software integration
• Supporting system-level testing, validation and environmental qualification
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-performance solutions
Your experience
• RF / microwave systems knowledge and antenna familiarity
• Systems design and requirements management experience
• Signal processing or modelling skills
• Technical leadership and mentoring of junior engineers
