Engineering Manager

What you will need
• British citizen
• Security clearance (SC) clearable
• Experience leading engineering teams in complex projects
• Consultancy or client-facing experience
Salary and rewards £48,000 - £65,000
What you will be doing
• Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams
• Make strategic decisions that impact project delivery
• Manage cross-site projects with hybrid working arrangements
• Ensure compliance with defence and security standards
Your experience
• Proven engineering leadership in defence or technical sectors
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines and risks
• Technical decision-making and problem-solving experience
Where you will be based Derby, hybrid working pattern with occasional travel
Due to the nature of work at our client’s site, these vacancies are only open to British Citizens who hold SC clearance or can obtain it.
