Quality Manager
Take ownership of quality across complex defence infrastructure projects. Shape and influence processes to ensure compliance and delivery standards are met, while driving clarity and consistency across multiple sites.
What you will need
• British citizen, SC clearable
• Experience in quality management within defence or infrastructure
• Client-facing or consultancy project experience
Salary and rewards £48,000 – £65,000
What you will be doing
• Lead and oversee quality management systems across projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO standards
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Influence stakeholders to uphold consistent quality standards
Skills and experience
• Infrastructure or defence project quality expertise
• Audit and assurance leadership
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• Problem-solving in complex project environments
Where you will be based Derby, hybrid working 2–3 days per week, with some travel to London and Birmingham
