Lead Verification and Validation Engineer
Take ownership of subsystem verification within a complex laser-directed energy system. Shape test approaches and see your work directly influence capability delivery.
What you will need
• British citizen and SC clearable
• Subsystem verification and integration experience
• Hands-on hardware and software testing
Salary and rewards
Up to £57,000 with opportunity for paid overtime
What you will be doing
• Plan and execute functional and qualification tests
• Analyse and report trial data to support system verification
• Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate integration and test outcomes
• Contribute to readiness for formal certification processes
Your experience
• Strong technical capability in electronics, electrical or software systems
• Experience using lab test equipment and data analysis tools
• Methodical and detail-oriented approach to complex testing
• Effective communication across multi-disciplinary teams
