Facilities Management Systems Coordinator
Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience
Locations: Bolton (preferred) or Stevenage or Bristol – hybrid working: 2-3 days per week on-site
 
Build technical solutions for computer-aided facilities management (FM) platform development.
 
You will be well-rewarded at this established defence company that produces military weapons systems with bonuses, annual salary reviews, paid overtime and so forth.
 
You will lead and support the ongoing development of the CAFM platform (Planon), with a particular focus on mobile functionality and future digital solutions.
 
About the role:

• Lead the improvement and maintenance of our CVAFM mobile solution to deliver practical and user-focused solutions
• Support the development and implementation of FM technologies and digital tools
• Analyse and optimise the system’s performance and workflows
• Translate operation and business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
• Support system upgrades, releases, testing, and documentation in line with regulations

 
About you:

• Hands-on experience translating business or client requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working with CAFM systems (Planon desirable) or similar FM/asset management platforms
• Experience or interest in mobile solutions and digital tools within FM
• Knowledge of data management, integration, and system configuration
• Experience with JavaScript or similar technologies (highly desirable)
• Background in Estates, Technical Services, or FM environments (desirable)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
