Take responsibility for accurate tunnel setting out and survey control on a major rail infrastructure project. Enhance your technical skills with hands-on surveying and laser scanning.
Who we are looking for
• Experience in tunnel surveying and setting out
• Skilled in survey control networks and terrestrial measurements
• Able to work day and night shifts
• Familiar with convergence monitoring and as-built surveys
• Experience with laser scanning equipment preferred
What you will be doing
• Setting out walkways, drainage and cross passage doors
• Installing and maintaining survey control networks
• Monitoring convergence for sprayed concrete lining works
• Conducting as-built surveys and levelling observations
• Maintaining survey equipment
Your profile
• Technical expertise in tunnel surveying and scanning
• Experience in rail infrastructure or major civil engineering
• Comfortable with shift work including nights
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental policies
• Competent in survey data processing
