Sub Agent – Rail Reinforced Concrete Works
Take ownership of reinforced concrete works on a major rail project, shaping site execution and ensuring structural accuracy. Lead quality and compliance while driving daily progress on-site.
What you will need
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Experience in reinforced concrete and formwork works
• Site-based engineering or construction experience
What you will work on
• Deliver and oversee reinforced concrete construction in line with design and programme
• Ensure quality, health, safety and environmental compliance on-site
• Lead, coordinate, and mentor the site team to optimise delivery
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting throughout the works
Your experience
• Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Temporary Works supervision or coordination experience
• Proficient with CAD, total station setting out, and construction documentation
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with site teams and stakeholders
