Integration Lead Engineer
Shape and influence complex defence systems integration while expanding your technical expertise. Develop career progression through hands-on system-level delivery and validation.
What you will need
• British Citizen, SC clearable
• Experience in hardware and software integration testing
• Proven system-level project delivery in defence environments
Salary and rewards
Up to £60,000 plus company bonus and pension benefits
What you will be doing
• Leading integration and compatibility activities for complex defence platforms
• Planning and executing system-level proving and validation work
• Collaborating with engineering teams to define and verify test requirements
• Supporting certification, trials and operational readiness milestones
Skills and experience
• Technical capability across HW/SW integration and system validation
• Data analysis and scripting skills (e.g. Python)
• Practical problem-solving and issue resolution during trials
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication
