Trials, Integration and System Validation Engineer
Location: Bristol | Salary: Up to £46,000 | Permanent | Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on site

Imagine being at the heart of system innovation, shaping the way complex platforms come together and perform. In this role, you will guide trials, integration, and system validation activities, working across lab environments, virtual platforms, and operational sites. Your work will help ensure systems meet rigorous performance and qualification standards, influencing design decisions and building confidence in their readiness.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, design teams, and external stakeholders, translating insights from trials into actionable evidence. Each challenge presents an opportunity to investigate system behaviour, resolve integration issues, and demonstrate technical expertise in a dynamic and evolving environment.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

  • Systems integration and qualification

  • Naval integration and platform trials

  • Automated system verification and analysis

  • Planning and executing trials across lab and operational environments

  • Software testing and network proving

Experience with tools or scripting for verification and analysis is highly valued.
