Integration and System Validation Senior/Principal Engineer

You will lead small teams through test activities, identify and resolve technical issues, and contribute to the delivery of systems that meet rigorous standards. Collaboration with external stakeholders is key, alongside practical problem-solving and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct system integration and validation tests
- Lead small engineering teams during lab and field trials
- Identify, investigate and resolve technical issues
- Liaise with external stakeholders and coordinate test activities
- Support demonstrations of system capabilities to customers
- Defence test and validation experience
- Knowledge of design verification, system integration and acceptance
- Practical experience planning and executing functional and physical tests
- Willingness to travel for extended periods to trial sites in UK, Poland and USA
- Ability to lead small teams and work with minimal supervision
- Location: Bristol, hybrid 3–5 days on-site, travel to trial sites in UK, Poland and USA
- Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
- Role Type: Permanent
- Security/Nationality: British Citizens or Dual UK nationals with British citizenship, BPSS clearance required
