Permanent Mid-Market Customer Success Manager
A globally operating software company is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join its growing international team. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record of managing a large portfolio of mid-market accounts. You will be instrumental in ensuring the post-sales success of customers across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.
The Role
You will manage a dynamic portfolio of international mid-market customers, guiding them through their entire post-sales journey from onboarding to expansion. Your primary focus will be on driving product adoption, managing complex renewals and identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate with sales and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and meet key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ mid-market accounts
- Proactively drive product adoption and customer engagement
- Lead complex renewal processes and commercial negotiations
- Partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal and product
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasting
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing account management or success role
- Proven ability to manage a large book of accounts
- Demonstrated experience with complex renewals and negotiations
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce
