Sales Office Manager
Location: Llanwrtyd Wells, Wales – Minimum 3 Days per Week
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 Plus Performance Bonus and Benefits
Role Overview
A long-established organisation in the high-reliability electronics sector Sales Office Manager to lead and develop the internal sales operations at a UK-based electronics distributor and manufacturer.
This role involves managing the internal sales team, ensuring high levels of customer service, smooth operational processes, and effective collaboration across the business. You will work closely with the external sales team to support account management, secure new business, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the internal sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Oversee customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing, ensuring accuracy
- Support the external sales team with information, coordination, and complex order management
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and reporting for senior management
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and stay informed on industry trends to support business objectives
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing and developing an internal sales or customer service team
- Strong B2B sales or account management experience
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage busy office operations
- Skilled communicator and motivator, able to foster cross-team collaboration
- Proficient with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Desirable: experience in electronics, engineering, or technical product sales; familiarity with ISO/AS/BS/CECC standards; experience in quality-critical sectors
