Systems Performance Engineer / Lead
Location: Stevenage (Hybrid working)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Security Clearance: SC clearance required – British Citizens only
Join a team shaping the future of defence innovation by advancing complex weapon capabilities. As a Systems Performance Engineer or Lead, you will use mathematical models to analyse missile performance and influence vital design decisions that protect national security.
Based in Stevenage with a hybrid working pattern, you will collaborate with specialists across aerodynamics, propulsion, guidance and control. Your expertise in data analysis tools like Matlab and Simulink will help uncover how system changes impact performance metrics such as range and accuracy. Clear communication of complex technical data to both experts and non-experts will be key to your role.
