We are seeking a Principal Cyber Security Consultant with extensive experience in delivering complex cyber security programmes across the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sector. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful solutions for public sector clients, while driving business growth and innovation.

About You
- Proven experience delivering major cyber security or digital transformation programmes within CNI, ideally in energy generation, utilities, or other regulated sectors.
- Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments, including DCS, SCADA, and ICS, with alignment to NCSC CAF, IEC 62443, and NIST 800-82.
- Experience supporting Ofgem regulatory compliance, including ISSA returns and NIS Regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex programmes, manage multidisciplinary teams, and engage with technical, business, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining senior-level relationships (CIO, CTO, COO, CISO).
- Ability to produce compelling consultancy propositions and thought leadership.
- Deep knowledge of information security legislation, emerging threats, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to build and develop high-performing teams.
