Work patten – Due to this being a hands on role you will need to work onsite

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering environment. The role offers the chance to take ownership of manufacturing processes and equipment, contributing directly to production improvements while developing valuable new skills.

You will work alongside experienced teams supporting both existing manufacturing lines and new product introductions. There is strong emphasis on innovation, including involvement in industrial validation activities and future-focused manufacturing initiatives.

We seek candidates with formal engineering qualifications and practical experience in translating design data into clear manufacturing instructions. Your proactive problem-solving approach will help ensure products are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high quality standard.

Based on-site at Henlow, the role offers stability with permanent employment and a competitive salary up to £43,500, plus additional benefits such as company bonus, pension, flexible leave and excellent site facilities.

Due to the nature of work at our client’s site, these vacancies require BPSS clearance, with potential requirement for Security Check in the future.
