IT 2nd Line Support Analyst – Desk Side & Technology Support
📍 Central London
💰 £35,000–£37,000 + benefits & career development
🔐 SC clearable desirable
Imagine solving a problem that gets 100 engineers back online within the hour.
It’s 8:40am. A critical issue has just come in—systems are down across a major UK office. By 9:15, you’ve diagnosed the fault, deployed a fix, and updated every user with a resolution time. They’re back to work—and you're the reason why.
As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, you won’t just be working through a ticket queue. You’ll be the human face of IT—rescuing laptops, reviving servers, and resolving problems that others can’t. Your work keeps national infrastructure, clean energy, rail networks and complex engineering projects moving forward every single day.
What you’ll be doing:
Because this isn’t just a support job—it’s your chance to help deliver global engineering solutions that have real-world impact. You’ll work across a highly regarded, inclusive organisation with opportunities to progress, develop, and explore a broad set of technologies. Electus Recruitment Solutions provides specialist engineering and technical recruitment solutions to a number of high technology industries. We thank you for your interest in this vacancy. If you don't hear from us within 7 working days, please presume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. You are of course free to resubmit your CV/details in the future and we shall assess your suitability at that time.
This role may require security clearance. If so, support will be provided during the vetting process, in line with UKSV guidance.
