What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading Unity development across multiple simulation and training projects
• Mentoring junior developers and supporting technical interviews
• Planning and delivering performant, maintainable Unity applications
• Collaborating with engineers, artists, and project managers to bring concepts to life
• Staying ahead of Unity’s evolving capabilities and applying them to real-world use cases
• Managing testing, debugging, integration, and documentation

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in Unity development, ideally in simulation, VR/AR, or training environments
• Strong C# skills and a solid grasp of software engineering principles
• Experience with graphic design tools and a keen eye for visual quality
• A methodical, analytical mindset with a passion for clean, maintainable code
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• A degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field

This role is based in Cheltenham and may involve occasional travel to client sites in the UK and overseas.
