A specialist team is seeking a Senior Stress Engineer to drive the structural design and development of a next-generation system. This is a unique chance to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and contribute directly to the mechanical solutions that underpin cutting-edge defence technology.
Based within a dynamic working environment, this role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, requiring a minimum of three days onsite each week to meet the demands of the role. To succeed, you will be degree qualified in a relevant engineering or science discipline or possess equivalent experience. Proven expertise in leading structural analysis projects using both classical methods and CAE tools is essential. Your ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to varied stakeholders will be vital. A passion for innovation, mentoring junior engineers, and driving continuous improvement will set you apart.
This position requires British Citizenship due to the nature of the work and security requirements. Successful candidates will undergo security clearance processes, including SC clearance.
