Play a key role as a Verification and Certification Technical Lead in ensuring complex defence systems meet essential performance and safety standards.

You will ensure that cutting-edge systems meet the necessary performance and safety standards, supporting the delivery of high quality and reliable solutions for our customers.
About the Role:
• Manage the verification and certification processes to ensure that the highest standards of quality and compliance are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, testing, and systems engineering, to validate system performance.
• Provide documentation of test outcomes, assessments and risks identified during testing.
About You:
• Demonstrable background of experience in the verification and certification process.
• Experience in a systems testing or similar role.
• Expertise in the validation and certification process associated methodologies, including environmental, EMC and electronic functionality.
• Solid experience of work package management.

• Salary: Circa £55,000 Plus Bonus and Benefits
• Location: Stevenage – Hybrid – 3 Days Per Week On-Site
• Eligibility: Must Hold British Citizenship Due to Security Requirements (See More Below)

Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to British Citizens. Applicants who meet this criteria will also be required to undergo security clearance vetting, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
