Support secure and critical business operations as a Platform Support Engineer.
This company provides fully assured and managed IT services to its customers with security and integrity of customer data at its core.
You will maintain and support the enterprise platform infrastructure that underpins critical business operations.
About the Role:
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide tiered support for platform technologies such as Active Directory, SCCM, SolarWinds, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Unified Access Devices (UADs).
• Ensure system reliability, user satisfaction, and efficient issue resolution while identifying opportunities to improve platform operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address after-hours incidents and minimise downtime.
About You:
• Experience in a platform/infrastructure support or a similar role, responsible for managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, SCCM, SolarWinds, and other enterprise technologies.
• Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to support automation tasks.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls) and storage systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Citrix, or Hyper-V.
• Experience with IT monitoring tools and incident management processes.

• Hybrid Working: 3 Days per Week On-Site
• Eligibility: Sole British Citizens Due to Security Clearance Requirements
