As a Managing Consultant, you will be part of our leadership team, taking new service propositions to the market, developing new business, and building strong client relationships while leading and delivering exceptional work.
Key skills & experience required – About You
- Ability to work with healthcare and life sciences (HLS) clients to identify key requirements, challenges, opportunities, and aspirations.
- Accountability for delivering technical cyber security engagements and leading multiple engagements daily.
- Leading sales and business development initiatives in the life science sector and been an integral part of the broader Cyber Security leadership team.
- Building and managing excellent networks and client relationships at senior levels (CIO, CFO, COO, CISO, or Head of Technology) across various HLS organisations.
- Commercially aware with industry relationships that enable achieving revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels up to Board level and a strong network across life science leaders.
- Trusted and respected leader with the ability to build and run a highly effective team that delivers client outcomes and develops the team and individuals.
- Experience and knowledge of the regulatory environment facing clients, with a particular focus on cyber security and privacy regulations.
- Preferred qualifications: CISSP, CISM, and CIPP/E.
