Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join their team in South London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a high-profile development programme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as the liaison between project management and key stakeholders.
- Support the Programme/Account Manager in managing project relationships, including partners, suppliers, and beneficiaries, ensuring delivery objectives are met through effective collaboration.
- Assist the Business Development function in pursuing and capturing new opportunities, leading to the award of associated contracts.
- Provide robust leadership to drive team performance, competence, and talent, serving as a mentor and role model.

Qualifications:
- Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering or technical subject, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.

- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of working effectively at all levels.
- Professional demeanour in dealing with internal and external customers.
