We're working with a leading eVTOL (Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing) company at the forefront of the urban air mobility revolution, and we're seeking a highly experienced Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) specializing in composite structures to join our team.
Your Mission:
  • You'll be a leader within CVE, ensuring all internal and external CVEs are aligned towards a successful certification for our composite structures and related systems.
  • You'll independently verify that our design meets the strictest safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational requirements.
  • Your meticulous verification of test articles and setups will ensure accurate compliance demonstrations.
  • You'll play a vital role in championing product safety, working closely with authorities like EASA to secure certification.
Beyond the Core Responsibilities:
  • You'll expertly coordinate and manage the work of other nominated CVEs.
  • You'll ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration by verifying complex aircraft-level documents involving multiple disciplines.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
  • You possess a strong technical education (e.g., Diploma Engineer, Master's or Bachelor's degree, Technician certification, etc.).
  • You bring a minimum of 6 years' experience in the aviation industry, ideally with exposure to diverse disciplines and aircraft integration at the design engineer or CVE level.
  • You have a deep understanding of EASA Part 21 procedures for design organizations.
  • You're well-versed in certification requirements, programs, and related processes for type certification.
  • You have a proven track record of interpreting and applying relevant certification specifications.
  • Your expertise includes generating and verifying comprehensive compliance documentation.
  • You possess in-depth technical knowledge of aircraft structures, composite construction methods, and material qualification.
