You will become a key member of the Hardware Engineering team and work across the entire project lifecycle to deliver Platform Management Systems on a variety of defence programmes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Produce and review mechanical drawings and General Assemblies (GA) using Creo Elements.
- Define and apply appropriate Geometric, Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to mechanical designs.
- Define and apply appropriate standards, materials and finishes including managing BOM.
Your Experience:
- Background working in a Mechanical CAD position within a regulated industry (e.g. automotive, aviation, defence, rail etc.)
- Proficient user of Creo Elements
- Strong knowledge of GD&T: BS 8888 guidelines and manufacturing techniques
- Experience in the use of Windchill PLM

- Role: Principal Mechanical CAD Engineer
- Salary: £46,000–£63,000 Plus Bonus & Benefits
- Location: New Malden, Greater London Area
- Hybrid working: 2-3 days a week on-site and occasional travel to client site(s)
