Business Development Manager - Sweden

The client provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability, including aerospace and defence, factory automation, environmental monitoring, electronics design, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration, medical imaging, and pharmaceutical research. This Business Development role is to work in the Defence and aerospace markets.

The products range from advanced surveillance sensors and handheld devices to unmanned vehicles and lasers, designed to enhance operational effectiveness for warfighters, first responders, and search-and-rescue teams.

The Business Development Manager role is responsible for

• Driving sales and market share growth in the Land, Sea, and Border projects and C-UAS sectors.
• Engaging with government customers and organizations to identify and address capability gaps.
• Building relationships with system integrators and partners to ensure competitive solutions.

To be considered for the role candidates should have the following attributes and experience
 

• A degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in system integration, border, and defence projects.
• Proven sales and business development success in the defence industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in English, with additional Eastern European languages preferred.
