Travel across the UK & Europe to automate production lines as a PLC Automation Technician.

You will be responsible for developing and supporting various products based on PLC systems across the entire project lifecycle.
About the Role:
- Design PLC based electrical control systems from design specifications.
- Configure Remote I/O, servo motor and inverter drives.
- Integrate ancillary equipment into the production lines such as vision systems etc.
- Commission, support, and service work at customers’ sites (UK & Europe).
About You:
- Understanding of electrical drawings, control panel specification/design, PLC programming, touchscreens, and controls along with an understanding of vision and SCADA systems.
- Ability to work with electricians and panel builders to design and build the control system, then program and commission the machines at our factory and on site.
- Experience of the pharma industry and/or explosive atmosphere regulations is desirable.
