James developed many of the skills he leverages in his role at Electus working in consultative sales and claim investigation for one of the country’s largest banks. On joining Electus in 2015 he became a highly valued member of the Supportability team, finding technical candidates for highly specialised roles, where his detail-oriented approach and investigative skills stand him in good stead.
